Oh! How could he succeed? How could he get more than me? I'll not let him succeed. I'll cross him to let him down. How could he be at my place? He couldn't.I'm the only one who deserves all these praises and success.
Competition Is a part of human nature. Somehow we all compete to get better grades, position, status or good reputation, to get higher rank and most important thing is that we compete with others to let them down.
Origin of compete :-
The word compete is originated from latin word ''competre' ' which means to seek together or to come together.
Competition :-
Competition means to "beat someone' or it can be a desire to be at someone's place'.Competition is to let someone down by getting better position 'status' grades etc etc.
Competition Is when two or more than two people strive together 'to get reputable status' better grades, 'rewards and to let each other down.
Competition Is not limited to all these things' competition can also be a desire to beat someone in his morals 'values' and competition can also be a '' show-off '' wealth.

Self-Competition:-
Self-Competition means to compete with oneself. Its a constant struggle of being good to better and better to the best.
Self-Competition is when you are willing to break your own record. Self-Competition is when you try to come up to your expectations. Self-Competition is when you try to achieve something better or you try to become a better person. Self-Competition is a constant effort of polishing yourself and your skills. Self-Competition is a constant struggle of improvement.

When you compete with others it's mean that you want to let them down but when you compete with yourself it means that you are uplifting yourself.
When you fail,while competing with others, it can develop sense of inferiority in you, it instigates envy 'aggression and grudge. On the other hand when you encounter failure while competing with yourself, it develops a desire to struggle. Here this failure is your sole motivation.

- When you compete with yourself, you start centralising yourself. You sole aim is to improve yourself so you focus on your mistakes and try hard to eradicate them.
- It develops self-confidence in you.
- The most important thing is that it makes you count your blessings and develops sense of gratitude in you.
